We craft our menu daily. We know it sounds crazy and sometimes it feels that way too, but in order to be sure we are using the most fresh and delicious products we can get, we need the freedom to change daily! We always choose local first, then organic and always seasonal… but it needs to tastes good too. We let the products speak here at Campo Mammoth. The chefs all love the fact that we change our menu so much — keeps them on their toes and makes for exciting menu meetings. We get more input from the team and it creates a really high energy feel in the kitchen!
