Celebrated Chef Mark Estee is bringing his popular restaurant to The Village at Mammoth.

Campo, which loosely translated means “gathering spot” or “meeting place,” will bring people together to savor the rustic menu driven by spotless technique and prepared with tender loving care by a chef who arrives in Mammoth from Italy. This new restaurant will continue to build upon Estee’s relationships with farmers, fishermen and ranchers to deliver the freshest food available and pay homage to his “Whole Hog Philosophy,” digging deeper into the fuller flavors produced from using every portion of every ingredient.

In keeping with its location, the restaurant invites all skiers, snowboarders and families to warm up with authentic Italian cuisine. The lively, casual atmosphere at the bottom of the hill will be known for a sharable, fun après ski menu and an affordable, kid-friendly spot for families.
